ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
If you live in the continental United States, LEVEL5 Tools will cover the shipping costs if you spend $50 or more!

All US-address destined orders will be shipped via our choice of UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise requested. Delivery times vary between 1 to 5 business days. The "Continental United States" refers to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, but excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the other U.S. territories and military posts.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
All merchandise destined for outside the Continental US will be shipped the best way via air or ocean. Rates and delivery times for international parcel shipment will vary. The customer is responsible for the freight charges and all invoices are prepaid before shipment.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, broker fees, and customs processing fees. If this is the case, your order will arrive with a customs invoice either attached to the merchandise. These charges are your responsibility. LEVEL5 Tools is unable to estimate the levies charged on international shipments
We’re as excited as you are to get your order in your hands. There are a few different ways to keep track of the status of your order.
Login to your LEVEL5 Tools account to check the status of your order from processing to shipping. Order history will also show you if any items have been shipped separately in the case of a multiple item order where an item was not in stock and could not be shipped with the rest of your order. You will only be charged shipping one time for split orders.
When your order status changes an email will be automatically sent to you. You can make sure this information reaches you in a timely manner by double-checking that you have entered your email address correctly at the time of order placement.
When your tools ship, your account will be updated to show the shipper’s tracking number associated with your order.
For orders shipped by FEDEX or UPS, you can easily keep an eye on your merchandise by visiting www.fedex.com or www.ups.com and entering the tracking number that we provide you via email.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS & BACK ORDERS
On occasion, we may have to ship a partial order on a multiple item order where one product may not be in stock or may have to be custom manufactured to your specifications. You will be able to view all partial shipments in the Order History section of your profile.
If you receive a shipment and believe an item is missing, please call us at toll-free at 866-562-4229 (local: 913-631-0804) Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm Central Standard Time so that we may help track down your order without delay.
30-Day, No-Hassle Returns
We believe it is important that you have some time to evaluate the design, quality, fit and finish of your LEVEL5 tools before fully committing to their use. Therefore, if you aren’t 100% satisfied, you have a period of 30 days from purchase to return any UNUSED tools you've purchased directly from LEVEL5 Tools LLC.
Once your tools have been received in good order at our facility, you will receive your choice of a credit or refund of the original price. Please note that refunds must be applied against the same credit card you used to make the original purchase.
You will be responsible for any return shipping expenses. However, to assist with offsetting these costs, LEVEL5 will provide you with a one-time use coupon code for our website equal to the return shipping amount (a copy of the shipping receipt is required).
Terms & Conditions
If you wish to return your LEVEL5 tools within the 30-day evaluation period:
- The tools must be returned in the original packaging, including any internal bags, foam inserts, internal boxes, and/or shipping boxes - to ensure the tools are protected during delivery back to our facility.
- The tools must be unused and undamaged, so they can be resold as new, in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- Any unused tools received that are damaged in any way so that they cannot be resold as new will need to be refurbished. This requires us to charge you a 25% restocking fee.
- Any used tools received will need to be cleaned, refurbished and sold at a discount. We will charge you a 50% restocking fee OR return the tools back to you if preferred. You will be responsible for paying any corresponding shipping charges if you wish to have the tools returned.
- Any tools that are received that cannot be refurbished and resold will be discarded and will not qualify for a refund. You will have the option to have the tool(s) returned to you, but you will be responsible for paying any corresponding shipping charges.
