Shipping & Deliveries

Within a few days, you will be enjoying your new Level 5 Tools merchandise. Here’s some information on how your order will make its way from our shop to your doorstep, and how you can keep track of it while you await its arrival.

Orders to the Continental United States

If you live in the continental United States*, Level 5 Tools will cover the shipping costs if you spend $75 or more! All US-address destined orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery times vary between 1 to 5 business days.

Orders Outside the Continental United States

If you would like to place an international order over $500, contact us at 1.866.562.4229 and we will create a customized quote that includes the lowest possible shipping rate that meets your delivery requirements.

Method of Shipment

All merchandise destined for outside the Continental US will be shipped the best way via air or ocean. Rates and delivery times for international parcel shipment will vary. The customer is responsible for the freight charges and all invoices are repaid before shipment.

Duties & Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, broker fees, and customs processing fees. If this is the case, your order will arrive with a customs invoice either attached to the merchandise. These charges are your responsibility. Level 5 is unable to estimate the levies charged on international shipments

Order Tracking

We’re as excited as you are to get your order in your hands. There are a few different ways to keep track of the status of your order.

Level 5 Order History

Login to your Level 5 account to check the status of your order from processing to shipping. Order history will also show you if any items have been shipped separately in the case of a multiple item order where an item was not in stock and could not be shipped with the rest of your order. You will only be charged shipping one time for split orders.

Email Updates

When your order status changes an email will be automatically sent to you. You can make sure this information reaches you in a timely manner by double-checking that you have entered your email address correctly at the time of order placement.

Shipment Tracking

When your tools ship, your account will be updated to show the shipper’s tracking number associated with your order.

For orders shipped by UPS Ground, UPS Air Freight, you can easily keep an eye on your merchandise by visiting www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and entering your Tracking Number that was on your invoice sent to you via email.

Partial Shipments & Back Orders

On occasion, we may have to ship a partial order on a multiple item order where one product may not be in stock or may have to be custom manufactured to your specifications. You will be able to view all partial shipments in the Order History section of your profile.
