Automatic Drywall Taping Tools

Level 5 Tools warrants to the original owner that all of its automatic drywall taping tools will be free from defects in material and function for a period of seven (7) years from date of purchase excluding commonly replaced wear parts. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.

Soft Grip Stainless Steel Hand Tools

For its soft grip stainless steel hand tools, Level 5 Tools offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.

Standard Hand Tools

For standard Level5 Tools, other than those listed above, the Company offers a one year warranty from date of purchase to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.

IMPORTANT: For your warranty to be valid you must complete the Level 5 product warranty registration.

Defective Items

Level 5's sole obligation under this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or function.

Items that Cannot Be Repaired

At Level 5’s sole discretion, a replacement tool may be supplied if the original tool cannot be repaired, in which case, the original warranty term of 5-years will remain in effect for the replacement tool.

Negligence and Misuse

This warranty is void if the tool has been damaged by accident, in shipment, misuse, neglect, improper service, installation of non-Level 5 parts, unauthorized modifications or repaired by persons other than Authorized Level 5 repair centers.

Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, you must return the complete tool, transportation prepaid, to Level 5’s Service Center or an Authorized Warranty Repair Center.

You are required to present this bill of sale to the service center with a brief statement indicating the nature of the problem to obtain warranty repair.

Level 5 is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage, delay in rendering service, or loss of use during the period in which the tools is at the repair center or otherwise awaiting repair or parts.

Warranty Validity

Level 5's warranty is only valid if a product warranty registration is completed. Your responsibility under this warranty begins on the date of the purchase. Warranty is not transferrable. For your convenience, keep your dated bill of sale as evidence of the purchase date. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long any implied warranty may last, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
